CEILING GRID SYSTEM

Here at Vicfil, we provide two types of the ceiling grid system: a 70mm walkable ceiling grid, and a 50mm non-walkable ceiling grid. 

But what is the difference between this two ceiling grid system? The 70mm walkable ceiling grid was designed to support up to 200kg loads. The 50mm non-walkable ceiling grid was designed to only carry lightweight loads. 

This type of ceiling grid systems is usually mainly used with the combination of engineered structural integrity and flexibility. The reason for this is to make sure it meets the exacting standards and needs of an industry-compliant cleanroom application and customer requirements in the manufacturing field. 

The ceiling grid system carried by Vicfil has been tested and is suitable for most cleanroom applications up to Class 1 classification, this includes the semiconductor, disc drive, electronics, and wafer fabrication industry.

50MM NON-WALKABLE CEILING GRID

This ceiling grid system was designed to be non-walkable and only be able to carry lightweight loads. This ceiling grid system provides a fast and easy assembling with the use of aluminium allow cross connector and one-way locking T-shape bolt, allowing for a quick, efficient, high-accuracy installation that reduces the construction schedule. This ceiling grid system is a non-progressive, demountable, and reusable ceiling grid system with a flexible custom size.

70MM WALKABLE CEILING GRID

This ceiling grid system was designed to be walkable and support up to 200kg loads. The ceiling grid system provides a fast and easy assembly with the use of an aluminium alloy cross connector and a one-way locking T-shape bolt, allowing for a quick, efficient, high-accuracy installation that reduces the construction schedule. This ceiling grid system is a non-progressive, demountable, and reusable ceiling grid system with a flexible custom size.

With these ceiling grid systems, you have the advantage of hiding wiring and pipes above the ceiling while also providing easy access to them when they need to be replaced in the future.
