HEPA/ULPA FILTERS

These HEPA/ULPA filters were designed for a more demanding operating condition where a critically clean environment is highly required.

Generally, the HEPA filter must remove 99.97% of 0.3-micron particles that pass through the filter. While the ULPA filter must remove a minimum of 99.999% of 0.1 – 0.2-micron particles that pass through a filter. This is considered the most sensitive part of air filtration to guarantee clean and comfortable air for those working in the environment.

Both filters normally share similar applications because both are used in the application that demands a very efficient filtering process of airborne pathogens. These pathogens can cause and aggravate asthma and cause allergies or diseases. These filters are also widely used in the manufacturing environment which requires very clean air.

Some other applications of the HEPA/ULPA filter include airline cabin air purifiers, biomedical air filtration, electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and vacuum cleaner filters.

DISPOSABLE CEILING MODULE

PERMANENT CEILING MODULE RSC TYPE

  • Complete unit designed with a low pressure drop to save energy consumption and provide a longer service life.
  • Designed for easy installation. Filter use glass fibre media which is a mini pleat type.
  • Casing are designed with a permanent knife edge for gasket and a Gel Seal type filter.

ALUMINIUM SEPARATOR FILTER

  • The media pack consists of pleated micro glass paper media and corrugated aluminium separator which is sealed inside the metal frame forming a totally rigid filter assembly.
  • Polyurethane sealant applies throughout all over the filter to prevent any possible leakage.

ALUMINIUM SEPARATOR FILTER (HIGH AIR CAPACITY)

  • The media pack consists of pleated micro glass paper media and corrugated aluminium separator which is sealed inside the metal frame forming a totally rigid filter assembly.
  • Polyurethane sealant applies throughout all over the filter to prevent any possible leakage.

MINIPLEAT FILTER

  • Filter uses a mini pleat glass fibre media with efficiencies from H13 to U15.
  • The extended media surface combined with precisely controlled bead separator pleating creates low resistance to air flow and save energy consumption.

V-BANK MINIPLEAT FILTER

  • Extended media surface creates lower resistance to higher air flow which saves energy consumption.
  • Large media area provides the filters with a longer serving life and higher dust holding capacity.
